HАTHA YOGA COURSES  AT   GANDAN DO NGAG SHEDRUP LING CENTER OF FPMT MONGOLIA

On every THURSDAY AND FRIDAY evening
In the evening at 6.30 pm-8.00pm

Period: Start on Feb 13th and 14th /Continue for 6 weeks/
Fee: 30,000 MNT for 5 weeks

Registration procedure
• Initial registration should be made via phone or e-mail and needs to be confirmed by paying full amount of the fee before 13th of Feb.
Things to bring
• Yoga mat (if you have)
• Warm shawl, clothes, socks and blanket (for relaxation)
