Along with food provision, LOP also provides warm clothing including footwear and bedding during the very cold winter season when temperatures drop to below minus 30 Celsius. On certain occasions we have also provided gers (the traditional round felt tent) for homeless families along with stoves for cooking and heating and basic furniture for use.

In addition, LOP often provides used or donated clothing to other organizations working in Mongolia to extend its reach in ensuring that those at risk – including children – having clothing to protect them from the extreme winter temperatures.
